Will cross any country, ditches, fences etc. Will go first or last, happy to go off on her own and stand on point. Belle is bold and brave but never strong or silly. Hunted the past 3 seasons with BBYS, Holderness and the odd day with the Middleton. I think this is where her heart lies. Belle would also excel in a team chasing home I’m sure! She is fit, clipped and ready to go for this coming season.
Belle has show-jumped up to 90cm with scope to go higher but this has been more of a fun thing than overly competitive and would need work. She has competed in mini ODES, hunter trials, schooled around BE 80, 90 & 100 XC fences just for fun. Belle loves the beach and enjoys pleasure rides too!
Belle always brings in compliments wherever we go. Good to hack alone or in company.
In the arena Belle has three beautiful, expressive paces, that she is still learning to manage on the flat. She is responsive to both the leg and the rein but can get hot and tense, she is beginning to relax more to work into a more consistent contact. This is something that will require a little more work and a patient, empathetic rider to bring out her full potential on the flat.
Belle isn’t mare-ish at all, a very friendly, loving horse. Great ground manners. Good to box, shoe, load and travel. Is good in traffic. Can be nervous to clip.
Belle is not for a novice, is forward going and very much loves to be doing a job.
Up to date with dentist, vaccinations, physio etc.
